Before we get started, there are a few housekeeping. In order for you to get the most out of this consultation, your active participation is required. This is after all your life…or your future.

Before hitting that “PAY” button, please have the following items ready to send.

• Hand drawn or computer-generated floor plan of your home. If there are five floors, then there will be five floor plans, one for each floor. Basement and attic are considered a floor.

• Hand drawn or computer-generated survey of the land the house or apartment building is on. Please include as much details as possible.

• Compass directions noted on all floor plans and survey.

• 1 to 2 page bio of your past 6 months in the home and any major events that had happened.
